The room was clean nice and tidy jus perfect for myself to do important things for my study. Good value of money and good location to my point of destination.

Everything is good except the Internet connection sometimes is a bit poor connection.

Situated near BGC and Makati. Not enough pillows for a queen size bed.

For some reason, the windows were open and didn't realize that it was keeping the room hot. They were covered by blinds so we couldn't tell at the start.

None. I waited long at the front office, and called them how many times but no one answered. I need to check in before work, which caused me to instantly book another place on the spot.

Bad service

Pretty fine location, good for one or two nights. Comfortable bed.

I waited for 30 minutes to guy to open the hotel. No cards accepted. In the "lobby" no one is speaking english. And they refused give me the bill for my company, even after multiple messages from me and Booking. Bad, bad service there!

Nice!

Early check-in I checked-in an hour early which was subject to a minimal fee. They happily accepted my request. Toiletries I received complete set of toiletries I needed. Room Clean & Relaxing. I slept comfortably without any distractions. Ambience I like that the room looks very simple yet pleasing. Vanity Mirror They should have stated that the room has vanity mirror. I was hesitant to book at first because of it and I seriously needed it. Glad I asked. Location It's very near by BGC. I am sure to include this place on my list for my business travel. Wi-Fi Free of charge. Extremely fast! No latency.

Small Appliance The electric kettle was little bit dusty but it's okay. I was just expecting that it'll be squeaky clean. I didn't even use it so it's really fine. No other compliments No coffee, water or juice in my room. I think it'll be nice if I have some complimentary drinks for my stay.

Leakage in the shower head (maybe they forgot to put the rubber sealing ring). Lack of counter table in the cr/bathroom, you have to pick up your shampoo and bathgel from the floor.
